This role is integral to steering our digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and more, ensuring we continue to resonate with our diverse audience and achieve our business objectives.
 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • SERP Optimization: Monitor and optimize our online presence on search engine results pages to ensure maximum visibility and click-through rates.
  • Multi-Platform Ad Management: Design, implement, and optimize pay-per-click and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other prominent platforms to meet company objectives.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Lead keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic rankings.
  • Stay Updated: Keep an ear to the ground for shifts in search algorithms, platform policies, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Campaign Management: Spearhead digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals.
  • Data Analytics: Dive deep into performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform-specific dashboards. Extract actionable insights for continual optimization.
  • Reporting: Craft comprehensive weekly/monthly reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and forward-focused strategies.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing ads across multiple platforms and leading SEO initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical prowess and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in a range of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking mechanics.
  • Adept multitasker with the ability to prioritize and juggle diverse projects.
