Responsibilities

  • Recruitment for candidates including job postings, interviews, onboarding, drafting of contracts
  • Recruitment for interns and ensure EPOS always has 2 interns for each department
  • Calculating salary, bonus, leave, child care
  • Processing claims for salary support grants and NS reservist
  • Other HR/admin ad hoc duties as and when assigned including grant claims
  • Talent management and development
  • Understand all employee relations matters, perform appraisals if needed
  • Long Term Opportunities (Optional, depending on candidate preference and ability)

Requirements

  • Organized and meticulous with a strong sense of commitment and urgency for deadlines
  • Able to join immediately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a MUST
  • Able to handle pressure during peak periods
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential issues professionally
