Kitchen Printing

Below are the steps below to print kitchen receipt(s)

Sales View:

1. User shall add customer and tag a table to an order.

2. User add the items to the cart and proceed to kitchen printing.


💡Items will turn grey once they have been sent for kitchen printing.


3. In the Kitchen Printing View, users can select which item to print. 


 

Below are different scenarios related to Kitchen Printer’s Error Messages:

Printer Connection Error Scenarios:



An error message will be displayed if the printer is not connected. This ensures that users are notified if the printer is not properly connected.



Error message will be displayed if there are no items to print.

Users are unable to send unprinted kitchen orders to kitchen printer if it is not connected after payment has been made.
