Quickpick

Quickpick allows users to add products into the order cart with minimal clicks therefore it is advisable to set up quickpick prior to commencement of sales in Frontend POS. Users can add products to EPOS Backend Portal before adding it into Frontend POS quickpick. 

From the POS Sidebar menu, users can select the Settings tab.

Next, users can select the QuickPick Tab.

Users will be shown the quickpick settings page. Users can select the Add Product button.

In order to add a simple product: 

Users can search for the product by its name or SKU.

Users can select the product they would like to add on the Sales Screen.

After that, click on the Save button to save changes made. 

Product will be added to the grid.

In order to add a variant product: 

Users can search for the product by its name or SKU and select the product. Users can decide if they would like to select the entire main product or select a specific variant of the main product. 

Users can click on the Save button to save changes made. 

Product will be added to the grid.

The quickpick group will be displayed with the option to toggle between Grid View and List View for easier navigation and selection.

Users are able to add the main product or different variants of the product individually. Users can set these variants in the backend portal. 

 

From the POS Sidebar menu, users can select the Settings tab.

Next, users can select the QuickPick Tab.

Users will be shown the quickpick settings page. Users can select the Add Product button.

After searching for a product with variants, users can decide if they would like to set the main product or select a specific variant product to be displayed in the sales screen. 

 

Entire Product

The image below shows how it will be displayed on the sales screen if a main product is selected.

After selecting the main product, users can select the different variants and click the Add to Cart button to add the specific variant product into the order cart.

If users would like to remove the selections, users can click on the Clear Selection button.

 

Specific Variant Product

The image below shows how it will be displayed on the sales screen if a specific variant product is selected.

Users can select the specific variant product on the sales screen and it will be added to the order cart immediately.

From the POS Sidebar menu, users can select the Settings tab.

Next, users can select the QuickPick Tab.

Users will be shown the quickpick settings page. Users can select the Add Group button.

Users can insert the Group Name.

Upon insertion of the Group Name, users can search for the products they would like to store inside the group and click on the product to add into the group. 

After adding all of the products, users can click on the Save button to save the changes made.

The quickpick group will be displayed.

 

From the POS Sidebar menu, users can select the Settings tab.

Next, users can select the QuickPick Tab.

Users will be shown the quickpick settings page. Users can select an existing product/group.

Users can select the Delete button.

After selecting the Delete button, there will be a pop up which requires the user to confirm if he/she would like to delete the product/group. Users can click on the Yes button to delete the product/group. 

The product/group will be removed from the quickpick view. 

 

Users are able to edit existing quickpick product/group. 

From the POS Sidebar menu, users can select the Settings tab.

Next, users can select the QuickPick Tab.

Users will be shown the quickpick settings page. Users can select an existing product/group.

Users can select the Replace button.

After selecting the Replace button, users can edit/change the product or add/remove products in a group. 

  1. Search for the product name
  2. Select the product/Edit group products
  3. Click on the Save button to save the changes made

The product/group will be replaced as shown in the image below. 

 

Users can change the name of each quickpick page. Changes made will be saved automatically. The default quickpick tabs will be numbered from 1 to 10. 

From the POS Sidebar menu, users can select the Settings tab.

Next, users can select the QuickPick Tab.

Users will be shown the quickpick settings page. Users can select their desired quickpick tab and edit the Tab Name.
