18 Sep 2023: Updated areas include Table Management and QR/Web App

(Customers) Refining The Use of Phone Code ⚙️

The validation of phone numbers are now only applicable to Singapore phone numbers. The validation process across platforms have also been streamlined into one single validation logic, this removes any potential conflict.

(Inventory) Bulk Stock Import ⚙️

Added a bulk import function for Stocks – to more efficiently update reorder point & max stock for large quantity of SKUs

(Receipts) Product Description on Sales e-Receipts & Front end A4 Receipts 🖥️ ⚙️

Added the option to include product descriptions in backend sales receipts and POS A4 printouts.

(Vouchers) Introduction of Discount Vouchers 🖥️ ⚙️

Introduced a new voucher type: Cash Voucher (existing) and Discount Voucher (new).

The new discount vouchers are applied on an item level, before tax. Existing cash vouchers are applied on an order level, after tax.

(Table Management) Implementation of Table Timer & Table Colour 🖥️ ⚙️

Timer has been added for the tables, once an order is taken

Table colour has been enhanced, with the introduction of Yellow and Orange colour. This allows users to see at a glance the tables that have been occupied for a period of time. The duration for each table colour can be edited in the configurations page.

(QR / WebApp) Auto Merge Orders is Now Available 🖥️ ⚙️ 📱

With the new option to auto-merge orders for QR/Web orders, staff can leave it to the POS system to automatically merge the appropriate orders made through QR / Web orders.

(Quickbooks) Auto Remove Mapping When A Product is Deleted ⚙️

Implemented auto delete mapping to delete an Epos product when it is mapped with an inactive inventory product

(Shopify) Enhanced UI & Addition of Shopify Stock Sync Configuration ⚙️

Added the option to sync stock on either the organisation level or store level.

How to Update

For POS related features, user will need to update the POS to the latest version, version 4.1.16.

For Backend related features, user are not required to perform any actions, the new features would automatically be updated.
