This page explains how to use return mode on the POS system to process returns, whether for an entire order or individual products purchased by customers.

For Fixed Priced Products
1. Users can click on the 
icon to to access the return mode.
2. Enter the related order number from the backend to link the specific open-price products to the transaction.
3. Select the fixed-price items to return. Users can either return the entire order or select specific items from the order to return.
4. Click Link to This Order to connect it to the exact transaction (specific Order number).
5. In return mode, the exact quoted prices for the returned products would be listed and the linked order number will be displayed.
For Open Priced Products
1. Users can click on the icon to to access the return mode.
2. Enter the related order number from the backend to link the specific open-price products to the transaction.
3. Select the open-price items to return. Users can either return the entire order or select specific items from the order to return.
4. Click Link to This Order to connect it to the exact transaction (specific Order number).
5. In return mode, the exact quoted prices for the returned products would be listed and the linked order number will be displayed.
For Fixed Priced Products
1. Users can click on the icon to to access the return mode.
2. Users can then search for the product or use the quick pick option to select the products they want to return.
3. Just like the regular sales view—simply choose the product to return, add them to the cart, and select the payment option to process the return.
For Open Priced Products
1. Users can click on the icon to to access the return mode.
2. Users can then search for the open-priced product or use the quick pick option to select the open-priced products they want to return.
3. Users will then be asked to adjust the price for the open-priced product as they wish. The final price they set will be shown on the cart.
4. Click “Pay”, and select the payment option to process the return.
